I had a very busy weekend starting with going to visit a potential home for
us.....! My Father had this great idea to solve our housing problem which is to
convert part of a building that we own in the town along from us. It's going to
be quite a big project and will take a lot of hard work but will be amazing
when complete. We hope to have everything finished by end of September. It is
going to be a LARGE flat with a mezzanine, I want to record all of the re-furb
and will keep you all updated on how it’s going.....needless to say I am so so
excited! It is actually an opportunity for us to create our own style and start our adult life!
The rest of the weekend was spent looking after my nieces (2 and 4.5), they
are so cute and little and gorgeous….it has left me very very broody but I know
nothing will be happening in that department for at least 2 years!
On Sunday Biggy and I spent the afternoon watching "Mad Men" I
have to say I am so in love with the show. Its great and Joanie is so
hot....totally girl crushing! She just has the most amazing womanly figure and
is so sexy and proud of it it's great.
I do have 2 things to admit.....the whole only drinking cider hasn’t
happened at all and still drinking lots of red wine.....and I got on the scales
this morning.... the reason being that last night was my cheat day and we had a
roast, it was lovely but I might have had 2nds on the sausages and Yorkshire
puddings. I just wanted to make sure I hadn't gone up 5lbs!!! I haven't so I
won't get on the scales again, in fact I am going to put them away so it's not
so easy to step on them.
In regards to the wine... need to give myself set days I can drink eg
Monday, Wednesday and the weekend but on Sunday only with lunch and not in the
evening.
