Weighed in today and to be
honest I am ok. Weighed in at 208lbs.
I know last week I was 207 which was great but I don’t think it was
really the case as I went up so quickly the next day. Also this week I was
doing ok-ish food wise until Wednesday and then it all went very downhill from
then on. I just had the attitude of, well I have gone up in weight and nothing
is working so I might as well enjoy myself....totally not the right attitude to
have. I did have a quick glance at the scales on Sunday and was really
expecting to be over 210lbs so was really surprised and relieved to see it was
just 1lbs.

goal is to keep motivated this week and try not to have any meltdowns!
