40 Reasons Why I Want To Loose 40lbs

1.       To not feel like people are looking at me because I am fat


2.       To not feel judged when eating in public and restaurants



3.       To not have to work out how I am going to move around a room e.g obstacles, small spaces , low chairs.. once I have sat down


4.       To be able to do activities with loved ones and not pass because I am worried about not being able to fit the equipment

5.       To be able to enjoy having my photo taken

6.       Not to feel that people wonder why my boyfriend is with me


7.       To be able to wear the types of clothes I want and not the ones that I wear because they fit

8.       To not have to wear cardigans/ sleeves all the time to cover my arms

9.       To not have to ask if they do the item of clothing in a bigger size

10.   To have the confidence to go swimming

11.   To be able to wear skirts and dresses without tights

12.   To be able to wear skinny jeans and actually fit in with the “skinny” look

13.   To not catch my reflection in mirrors or windows and have such negative thoughts

14.   For my boyfriend to be able to lift me up in that sexy way

15.   When lying in bed not feel like a hippo next to my boyfriend and actually feel like I could squash him

16.   To feel more ladylike and feminine


17.   To not always be having to think about my weight and image every single day


18.   To not hate flying because of the seats

19.   To stop apologising for myself all the time and thinking I am annoying to people

20.   To not have to fake it till I make it and just be there already

21. To really love myself and get enjoyment from my body

22. To get glances because I look good not because I am fat

23. To truly enjoy clothes and being able to wear "Fashion"

24. To not always have to check that no lumps or bumps are showing

25. To not worry if my top rides up when stretching

26. To inspire others

27. To be bale to enjoy food for what it is and not an emotional crutch

28. To wear a bikini with pride

29. To have the constant knowledge that I have lost 40lbs and beat the fat demons

30. To know that I am in control

31. To wear skirts above the knee

32. To not have to wear belts all the time

33. To be able to feel my hip bones without having to poke around for them

34. To be able to wear sexy underwear and not feel like a fraud

35. To stop my children from having to go through what I go through

36. To not look down and always see rolls of flab

37. To not look at my legs and just see them as fat stores and instead as muscle and a body part

38. To not have to be the peron that is always talking about weight and diet

39. To show the world that not all fat people are lazy

40. Because the person who was 222lbs is not me, I am the person that is 182lbs, confident and happy!
