Right so I missed my post on Friday so thought I would do a quick one now... I am really glad this week is over. I have gone massively over my points and it has really shocked me well it has and it hasn't...here is my week:
Mon: Joined half way thought the dayand did eat extra on Monday
Tues: Best friend over for dinner
Wed:Parents over for dinner
Thurs: All good
Fri: Client lunch out, Leaving Dinner Out
Sat: All good
Sun: Roast over at my parents with tea and cake
It has really shocked me at how quickly the points add up...I know I keep on saying this but it really almost worries me! HOWEVER....
In a sense this last week has shown me how not to do WW and has also given me a chance to learn all the things I need to do to be successful! I think next week will also be easier as I am going to keep my Weekly Points for Wine and try and not use my Activity points at all. I calculated that I should be able to drink 12x175ml using my weekly points which when you think about it actually quite alot. I am going to give myself 7 points for Breakfast and then 12 points for lunch and 10 points for dinner...
I have also said to Biggy that I want to start having smaller dinners and bigger lunches..that way I won't snack during the day and then in the evening I will have something light.
This weekend I went to the gym to make up for missing my Zumba class on Thursday and went for a run ... 2 miles in 27 minutes... I was very pleased about that ... and then went swimming for 20 minutes. Not bad going really!
Anyway will check in tomorrow and am totally ready for the coming week and staying in points...
Good luck with getting back on track in the new week! I'm sure once you adjust to the points system and which things you need to get rid of you'll be doing much better!
ReplyDeleteI have personally just been steering clear of the alcohol since I started losing weight - I'd much rather have a bit of chocolate! But then, I'm not really a big drinker anyway... x
